This is a course introducing the main concepts of the 5S workspace organization system. It should be completed by anyone working in a 5S environment. 5S is a method of organizing spaces that will enable work to be performed in a safe, clean, and efficient manner. 5S allows problems and errors to be more visible. This course explains the basic 5S methodology and how to implement and effectively sustain a 5S program. All members of the organization should have a good understanding of the 5S methodology and are recommended to participate.
